1. kickoff
Before committing to anything or making any payments, we start with a brief 30-minute call. This gives me a chance to learn more about your brand and identify how I can bring the most value to your project. By the end of our conversation, we’ll have a rough verbal understanding of the project scope, key deliverables, timeline, and budget.
2. proposal
After our kickoff call, I’ll put together a customized project proposal with multiple options to choose from, typically structured in tiers like bronze, silver, and gold. This proposal will detail the timeline, key deliverables, and pricing for each package, giving you a clear view of your choices.
3. lock in
Once you’ve chosen your preferred option, I’ll send over the contract, a questionnaire, and an invoice for a 50% deposit. I’ll also guide you in assembling your project moodboard with clear examples to follow. As soon as the deposit is received and the contract is signed, we’ll lock in your project and secure the start date.
4. hand off
Once each deliverable is approved, I’ll send over the final invoice for the remaining project fee. As soon as payment is received, you’ll get all your assets neatly organized in an easy-to-navigate folder. From there, it’s just a matter of putting everything into action and making a bold impact in your industry!
