I joined the Flyer app team at its inception in 2013, working alongside a group of entrepreneurs determined to tackle the global FOMO epidemic. Flyer was a passive event discovery app based in NYC, helping users stay connected to the city’s hottest events by following their favorite venues for art, music, comedy, and more. As a key creative contributor, I developed the brand system and collaborated closely with a small team of designers to refine the app’s user experience and flow. I also personally designed the custom set of event icons you see here, ensuring consistency and visual clarity throughout the interface. This experience was pivotal in shaping my approach as a designer in the tech industry.
